The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the controlling and coordination of the supply, storage and internal distribution of paint and consumables to NSW sites. If you are interested in supervising the daily service driven to maximise customer service levels to sites ensuring optimal distribution efficiencies this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
As the successful candidate, you will have the following:
- Proven success in distribution operations
- Experience in creating and implementing processes to improve efficiencies
- Experience working in a similar position in the Automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to set and meet timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Offices applications
- Current Forklift License
- Current Australian Drivers License
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and responding to emails
- Processing and picking orders
- Storage solutions
- Daily maintenance and household duties for the Warehouse
- Delegating duties to Warehouse Operatives
- Assisting Management with daily tasks
- Liaising with Centre Managers and Site staff where applicable
