The Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Analyst to improve internal processes, controls and procedures and inspire the wider team to think beyond just the numbers.

The position will recommend methods and ways in which the AMA Group – panel division obtains and analyses data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems, using it to help make superior business decisions.

The Analysts review trends, generating information to add value and help you run your site, highlight areas for focus and share performance best practice where we can learn from each other.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and obtaining raw data.
  • Cleansing, inspecting and interpreting data.
  • Analysing the results and body shop KPI’s, transforming and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful information. Presenting findings into an understandable format.
  • Informing conclusions, looking for improvements opportunities and supporting decision making by identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Defining new data collection and analyses processes.

Education / Qualifications / Experience

  • Diploma or above in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel and Proficient in Macro Excel
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Math Skills to estimate numerical data.
  •

  • Analytical /Logical Skills- working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.
  • Communication Skills- document, models and reporting packages. Speaking and writing clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
